This sculpture represent a stylized human figure in gesture of rising upward.
Vulnerability combined with resilience.
There is something quite moving about this sculpture. The figure seems fragile and exposed, almost unfinished, yet at the same time it is reaching upward. The open wire structure at the top makes people think oa an inner self that is still visible - something delicate that has not been completely protected.
The crumpled silver surface adds another layer: it reflects light beautifully, but its wrinkles and imperfections remain visible. It feels like a human being shaped by experience - wounded, transformed, but still standing.
What I particularly like is the tension between strength and fragility.
The body is heavy and grounded, while the gesture reaches toward something beyond it.
